Q: What is Cork & Cask? A: Cork & Cask is Missouri's premier wine club and bourbon club, based in Columbia, MO. We are a community built around curated bottle selections and exclusive, members-only tasting events hosted at our flagship bar.
Q: I live in Jefferson City / Springfield / Lake of the Ozarks. Is this club for me? A: Yes, absolutely. A large number of our members are from cities all around central Missouri. They join for our unique, curated bottle selections (which you can't find just anywhere) and make the easy drive to Columbia for our special, members-only tasting events. Think of us as your "central hub" for the best wine and bourbon in the state.
Q: Do I need to be an expert to join? A: Not at all. We welcome everyone, from beginners wondering what a Missouri Norton wine really tastes like to seasoned bourbon hunters. Our events are fun, educational, and focused on discovering what you enjoy.
Membership & The Clubs
Q: What’s the difference between the Wine Club and the Bourbon Club? A: Our Wine Club focuses on curated selections, often featuring Missouri's best (like Vignoles and Chambourcin) alongside amazing bottles from around the world. Our Bourbon Club is for the whiskey enthusiast, hunting down small-batch Missouri bourbon, allocated bottles, and classic ryes. You can join either or both.
Q: How does membership work? A: It's simple. You can join our free newsletter for either club to get news and updates. To become a paid member (and get the bottles), you select your club (Wine or Bourbon) and tier. Membership gets you the curated bottle selections and, most importantly, priority access to our wine and bourbon tasting events in Columbia.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership? A: Yes. You are in complete control. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime before your billing date directly from your account.
Tastings & Events
Q: Where are your tastings held? A: All our signature tasting events are hosted at our flagship bar in Columbia, MO. We are proud to be a central destination for members from Jefferson City, Fulton, Moberly, and beyond who travel in for a unique and memorable evening.
Q: How do I RSVP for a tasting? A: Paid members get an exclusive, early-access RSVP link by email. Our Columbia tasting events are popular and often sell out before they are ever listed publicly. Membership is the only way to guarantee your spot.
Q: Can I bring a guest to a tasting? A: Absolutely. Most membership tiers include the ability to purchase guest tickets. Check the details of your specific tier and the event page for more info. All guests must be 21+.
Pickup & Shipping
Q: I don't live in Columbia. Can you ship my bottles? A: Currently, we operate as a pickup club only. All club selections are to be picked up at our Columbia location. This is a core part of our model, encouraging members to visit the bar, meet the community, and connect with other enthusiasts. We are actively exploring Missouri shipping regulations and will notify all members if this becomes an option.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my bottles? A: We will hold your club selections for 60 days. We'll send you a reminder before the pickup window closes.

Q: Will you open a location in Springfield or Jefferson City? A: Our focus is on making Columbia the absolute best central destination for wine and bourbon in Missouri. Our hyper-local guides for cities like Springfield and Jefferson City are designed to celebrate their local scenes and show you how Cork & Cask in Columbia is the perfect "next step" for a curated, statewide experience. While we plan to expand, our Columbia hub will always be our flagship.
